I don't have nearly the miles that you do in them. I think that I'm currently at less than 100 miles so far. But planning on running with them in the Bobcat Marathon (will be in the Master's Division - 41 yo). But, I have run two marathons in my Nike Free. So, the foot strength is pretty good. Just need to build up the toe strength a bit. A 7 miler I did on Sunday (my longest in the VFF) was a bit tough on the toes. But, no major pains the following day. Working my way up to 15+ miles in them hopefully before the Bobcat.
